Valve & Fitting Solutions Ltd (VFS) supplies the HAM-LET process valves range, the largest valve family in its catalogue, covering nine product groups of process and instrumentation valves built for oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation and general industrial plants. The range includes needle, ball, check and relief valves across a broad spectrum of temperature and pressure ratings.
Ball valves
Quarter-turn valves available in multiple series, including compact one-piece, high-performance and metering ball designs, rated up to around 3000-6000 psi depending on series, with temperatures up to 260°C. Bodies are available in stainless steel and brass, with multiple end connection types.
Check valves, H-400 series
Fixed cracking-pressure check valves rated up to 3000 psi (H-400) or 6000 psi for the high-performance H-400HP variant. Constructed from 316 stainless steel or brass, with Let-Lok tube fittings, male and female NPT, and HTC face-seal bead end connections.
Needle valves
Accurate metering valves rated from 5000 up to 10,000 psi depending on series, offering broad temperature capability. Available in straight and angle, regulating and V-stem designs, constructed from forged 316 stainless steel or brass, with Let-Lok, NPT and HTC face-seal ends and PTFE sealing.
Relief valves, H-900 series
Automatic overpressure protection valves that open at a pre-set pressure. The H-900 low-pressure range is set from 10 to 225 psig, while the H-900HP high-performance range extends up to 6000 psig. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, with NPT/BSPT pipe threads and Let-Lok compression connections.
Toggle valves, H-1200
Rated up to about 300 psig at room temperature, with a Cv typically between 0.11 and 0.2 and a 90-degree toggle handle movement from shut to full open. Available in straight and angle patterns, in 1/8″ and 1/4″ sizes, in brass or stainless steel, with Let-Lok or NPT connections and a normally closed, PTFE soft seat design.
Metering valves, H-1300
Designed for fine flow control, typically rated up to 1000-2000 psi depending on series, with a temperature rating of approximately 200°C. Flow coefficients range from about 0.004 to 0.15, with fine stem tapers supporting low internal leakage. Constructed from forged 316 stainless steel or brass, available in straight and angle patterns.
Pneumatic actuators, HPA
Designed for smooth, consistent actuation of compatible HAM-LET valves, available with manual and pneumatic operating mechanisms.
Excess flow valves, H-911
Provide automatic shut-off above a predetermined flow rate, available in tube fitting, male/female NPT and male-to-female connection types.
Metering ball valves, MBV
Combine ball valve operation with metering valve flow adjustment, available in standard, fine and extra-fine stem taper options.
