Valve & Fitting Solutions Ltd (VFS) supplies instrument manifolds designed for differential pressure, level and flow measurement, engineered to meet the demanding standards of the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. The range is available in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 way configurations.
Mounting styles
Manifolds are available in two mounting styles, which are not interchangeable:
- Direct mount, where the manifold body bolts directly to the instrument or mounting surface, available for 2, 3 and 5 way configurations
- Remote mount, where the valve block is mounted away from the instrument and connected by tubing, used where access or layout requires it, available for 1, 2, 3 and 5 way configurations
The 5 way group offers the most configuration detail, splitting further by vent and equalizer arrangement, including Double Vent/Single Equalizer and Single Vent/Double Equalizer options, which distinguish manifolds used for differential flow measurement from those used for level measurement.
Accessories
A range of accessories is also available, including bleed valves, blind plugs, mounting gaskets, mounting brackets and gauge connectors.
Note: Pressure and temperature ratings, wetted material, port and take-off size, valve Cv, and other key selection criteria are not published for this category. Since a manifold’s suitability for a given application depends heavily on its pressure rating and port geometry, these details should be confirmed directly with VFS, along with the required pressure class, port size and connection type, when requesting a quote.
