HAM-LET HTC (High Tech Components), supplied by Valve & Fitting Solutions Ltd (VFS), are metal-to-metal, gasketed VCR-style face seal fittings designed for ultra-clean, high-purity gas and fluid systems, where even minor leaks or contamination are unacceptable. They are widely used across semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and specialty gas applications, and are described as comparable in concept to Swagelok VCR fittings, combining precision manufacturing, high-grade materials and stringent quality control for repeatable leak-tight performance, strong corrosion resistance and a high standard of cleanliness.

UCT HTC fittings are custom-made for High Purity and Ultra High Purity applications, using advanced electro-polishing processes to enhance product performance. The range is designed to meet the specifications required across the semiconductor, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Glands
Available with or without shoulder, along with other gland types.

Long Weld Shaped Connectors
A range of shaped connectors including elbow, tee, cross, reducer and buttweld union configurations, available without shoulder, with shoulder, or with locator and shoulder, allowing the connector to be matched to the required installation.

Mini Buttwelds
A compact range including mini elbow, mini elbow with extended leg, mini tee, mini cross, mini tribow, reducing union and a 45 degree mini elbow option.

Swivel Connectors
Available in a range of thread and lok combinations, including female to male, female to female, and NPT and Let-Lok variants, offering flexibility in connection type.

Connectors
Available as straight bulkheads, straights and shaped connectors.

Caps, Nuts and Plugs
A broad range including high flow female and male nuts, male plugs, tapered and short male nuts, female nuts and caps, couplings and double female unions.

Gaskets
Available in standard and retained types, with retained gaskets captured by the fitting to prevent loss during service.

Note: Pressure rating, temperature range, tube dimensions, material grade, gasket material, cleanliness class, helium leak rate and surface finish roughness are not published for this category. Given the high-purity nature of these applications, these details should be confirmed directly with VFS, including the HTC datasheet, before specifying for semiconductor or pharmaceutical use.
