Valve & Fitting Solutions Ltd (VFS), an authorised HAM-LET distributor and sales and service centre based in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, UK, supplies a comprehensive range of tube and pipe fittings across five product groups, all available from UK stockholding for fast despatch.
Let-Lok Tube Fittings (Double Ferrule)
A four-piece mechanical grip assembly consisting of body, front ferrule, back ferrule and nut, available in stainless steel, brass and alloy options. These fittings provide leak-tight, vibration-resistant joints suited to high-pressure, vacuum and high-temperature service, and are used across oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, pharmaceutical and general industrial systems, with both metric and imperial tubing available.
Pipe Fittings
Precision threaded, leak-tight fittings designed for high-pressure instrumentation and process piping. Suited to chemical and petrochemical plants, oil and gas, power generation and general industrial service, these fittings provide corrosion-resistant joints suitable for gases, liquids and aggressive media.
Flare Fittings
These fittings use a 37° flare to form a metal-to-metal seal on a flared tube end, without the need for additional sealant. Durable and vibration-resistant, they are suited to high-pressure hydraulic, fuel, refrigeration and general industrial applications.
Dielectric Fitting
Designed to electrically isolate a section of a fluid or gas system, protecting instruments from stray currents, static charges and cathodic-protection voltages while maintaining full flow. The fitting features an internal insulating barrier within a robust stainless steel pressure-containing body, helping to prevent galvanic corrosion and electrical interference. It is rated up to 5000 psi, with a minimum temperature of around −40°C and a maximum temperature of over 90°C, depending on the specific product.
One-Lok Tube Fittings (Single Ferrule)
A three-piece design consisting of body, single ferrule and nut, offering a simple, robust and reliable connection that can be remade in service. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, these fittings are used in chemical processing, power generation, pulp and paper, control systems and process lines.
Note: Detailed pressure and temperature ratings, dimensional data and material certifications are not published for most of these groups beyond the figures listed for Dielectric Fittings, and should be confirmed directly with VFS for the specific variant required before specifying.
